With a Master's degree in Science and Management from the Faculty of Economics and Management at the University of Abidjan, and certification in 2013 from the MDE Business School, his appetite for excellence led him to complete an executive certificate at HEC Paris in 2021 in partnership with the Ministry of Budget and State Portfolio. He began his career in 1998 with the BNP Paribas Group in various management positions before moving to Ecobank CI in 2005 as Head of Commodities.
In 2006, he joined Société Ivoirienne de Banque, which later became a subsidiary of the Attijariwafa Bank, as Head of Large Corporates. From 2012 to February 2019, he was Director of Large Corporates for this entity. In 2018 to December 2021 he was Director of the Autorité de Récépissés des Entreposages (ARRE) as representative of APBEF CI (Professional Association of Banks and Financial Institutions).
On 24 February 2019, Jerôme Ahua joined the Banque Nationale 'Investissement (BNI) as Deputy Managing Director, where he puts his wealth of experience into coordinating commercial and operational division activities. In addition to his active participation in various professional seminars, he is very involved in numerous associations.
In January 2022, Jerôme Ahua was awarded the Ivorian National Order of Merit.

Dr Amenounve was the Secretary General of the Regional Council for Savings and Financial Markets (CREPMF), the financial market regulation authority of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (AMF- UMOA) from September 2003 to September 2012. He is a past Chairman of the West African Capital Markets Integration Council (WACMIC).
Dr Amenounve is a past President and Member of the Executive Committee of the African Securities Exchanges Association (ASEA). He has been a member of the NASDAQ Exchange Review Council since July 2021.
He is also an Officer of the Order of MONO, the National Order of the Togolese Republic. Dr Amenounve is considered one of the most influential finance specialists in Africa.

He currently heads up the BRVM’s market development, overseeing new services and products like the SME financing program, the Derivatives markets, the Côte d’Ivoire Agricultural Commodity Exchange, the WEAMU Commission's five-year action plan priorities including setting up a Mechanism for the Promotion and Financing of Cultural and Creative Enterprises Industries and the Regional Agricultural Commodity Exchange. Before joining the BRVM, Mr. Brizoua held high-level positions in the World Big 4 Consulting firm Deloitte, before becoming Chief Financial Officer, Vice-President Finance, and Chief Executive Officer in various sectors and organizations.
This high-profile financial professional earned an MSc in Finance and Chartered Accounting with ESC PAU (France) in 1996 followed by an MBA in Finance in Sustainability at the University of Cambria (UK) and Robert Kennedy College (Switzerland) in 2019.
Mr. Brizoua has undergone specialized training and participated in high-level professional workshops in cutting edge Financial practices in Africa, Europe, the USA and Asia.

He oversees a diverse portfolio, advancing commodity trading, financing operations and innovative digitalisation initiatives throughout the continent. Rémi’s career started as a financial analyst in London in 1985,then joined global-commodity-trader Louis Dreyfus Commodities in 1987 in Paris; he was transferred to Madrid in 1994 as Head Trader.
He relocated to Johannesburg in 1998 as CEO for Louis Dreyfus, where he developed the company over 10 years to become an agricultural commodity market leader in Sub-Saharan Africa. Rémi moved back to the EU in 2008, where he launched various private food security, and biotech ventures with international investors. He returned to South Africa in 2011, as CEO Africa for trader Ameropa and for ECTP in 2015, a commodity trading subsidiary of the Brazilian Investment bank Banco BTG Pactual. Rémi joined Barak Fund Management in 2018, where he managed one of the company’s fund, Shanta Segregated Commodity Fund. He later joined Alteia Fund as Head of agri commodities.
As Principal for Atria Trade Investments,he focuses on bridging the working capital funding gap and smoothing commodity supply chain disruptions across Africa. The Company also engages in digitalization projects on the continent. He has been involved in directorships and senior roles in various trade and industry organisations over the years (South Africa Traders Association, JSE Agricultural Derivatives Advisory Board, French Trade Advisor for the French government, SA transport Working group, SA Biofuels Association, etc.). Rémi Burdairon graduated in international commerce from the leading ESSEC business school Paris in 1985. He was born in Sénégal, and has spent more than 30 years of his life in Africa; he is married with 3 children

She began her career at SGI Hudson & Cie as a financial analyst in 1998 and left the company in 2000 to complete an MBA at Howard University (USA). Kadi joined the prestigious RBC Royal Bank of Canada (Montreal) where, from 2004 to 2008, she held several positions in the fields of investment advisory, banking operations and compliance. More specifically, she held the positions of Account Manager, Assistant Branch Manager and Compliance Officer.
In June 2008, she returned to Hudson to head the capital markets department, responsible for the development of research, primary market activities, sales and distribution and investment advisory to institutional and high net worth clients. On 1 January 2012, Kadi became Chief Executive Officer of Hudson and Executive Director in May 2014. Kadi is very involved with her professional and social community. From 2012 to 2018 she was the President of the brokers’ professional association of the WAEMU (APSGI) and is now its first Vice-President. She is a founding member of the Think Tank INITIATIVES CÔTE D'IVOIRE and immediate Past President.
She is a director of ASEC Mimosas football club, a member of the COCAN the Ivorian African Nation’s Football Cup organization commission. She is a member of the FSD AFRICA WAEMU steering committee, a director of DCBR. Her role involved working within the structures of CoSSE (Community of SADC Stock Exchanges) and ASEA (African Securities Exchanges Association), to further co-operation and development of the member exchanges. Tamsin’s In addition to this she has 5 years of experience in retail banking, 10 years of experience in general management and 3 years of professional services experience; these roles were at Nedbank and Allen & Overy LLP.
Tamsin is passionate about building the African continent, her Masters research explored the topic of accelerating the development of African Capital Markets. She has set up her own business focusing on developing Africa’s capital markets through training and strategic advisory. She has an extensive global network in financial markets, and this includes government, regulators, DFIs, exchanges and corporate players and advisors. Her clients include FMDQ Securities Exchange in Nigeria, Chapel Hill Denham Nigeria, and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. She also works with professional services firms such as Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie and G. Elias in Nigeria and Webber Wentzel in South Africa.
She has supported the African Crowdfunding Association (ACfA), with regulatory policy and supervision, bringing crowdfunding to the capital markets on the continent, and has worked with the Ethiopian Capital Markets Working Group, through FSD Africa. Tamsin presented recently at the invitation of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Zambia, at the launch of the Zambian Capital Markets Master Plan, on strategies to build a credible market in Africa, and conducted training at the invitation of the Zambian Ministry of Finance, Economists Unit, in December 2023.
Her work has included training on capital markets and their development, analysis of the financial market infrastructures in Africa and other regions, and engagement with regulatory authorities across the continent. She is currently serving as a Vice President and board member of the South Africa-Nigeria Business Chamber. She is on the investment committee of a Guernsey domiciled Africa-focused private equity firm, with responsibility for regulatory and sustainability matters, and acts as an advisor to UK registered Greyhorse Clearinghouse Ltd, a cross-border multi-currency blockchain based decentralized clearinghouse that provides non-custodial settlement services.
Tamsin has recently entered a collaboration with 8Hundred, an independent strategic advisory firm in Johannesburg, South Africa, specialized in assisting African companies secure debt and equity funding through the capital markets. Tamsin studied English, International Relations and Law at the University of Witwatersrand and has an MBA from Pretoria University’s Gordon Institute of Business (GIBS) in South Africa.

As CEO of AgriAllAfrica since 2015, he has chaired the Zambia-SA Bilateral Agricultural Committee and was VP of its Business Forum, was on the board of the South Africa-Mozambique Friendship Association (SAMIGOS) and partnered with the Southern African Agricultural Initiative (SAAI) as well as AfriForum on rural development.
